Default Confusing barrel stamping

Looking to acquire Parker VH (1919) 1832XX

Stamped on barrel flats the following: UU3EUU3.
What does this indicate?

They are "Remington repair codes". The first letters indicate a coded date. The "3" indicates a repair or modification of the gun. The coded date is listed in the Blue Book and maybe on this site.
