Seems I've seen this before.

It is noted that it has Double Triggers. I assumed that all SCC had Single triggers. Special Order?

I read the description as the double triggers being done after market. Was not someone on the west coast fitting original double triggers to ST Reproductions?

Donovan is correct, the SCC gun that is listed on GI had its SST converted to DT's by Keith Kearcher of Bend, OR using original Parker Bros. triggers.
