Default Helping a friend ID his Parker

Hello, a friend of mine has an old Parker lifter that was his grandfather’s. Any help would be appreciated. Also is there a recommended product/method for cleaning the bores? They don’t look too bad, but could use a cleaning. Thanks,

Jon

From the little I can see it is a 1 frame twist barreled lifter.

A 1 frame lifter is a beautifully handling thing.

I’m thinking grade 0? From what I remember only some zigzag border engraving around the action.

Actually, most 0 grades had the single line border engraving and the zig-zag, or ‘graver walk’ engraving around the frame was applied to the grade 1.
