Calvin's gun inspired this purchase, at least in part. I think it is a no. 2 frame too and am going to check when I get home.

Mills, have you ginned up any reloads for it yet and tried it on game or clay? I believe you will enjoy the long range performance of a 10 bore Parker.

Not this particular one yet, but that is coming up this weekend. Hoping to try it on both turkeys and clays.

Have some RST no. 5's for the turkeys and RST no. 8's for the clays. Used my EH on clays about a month ago and it was not a fair fight. Really looking forward to duck season.

mills the ten will do its job very good...theres not a better turkey gun made...lite enough to carry and handle well...ilike my 8 ga but its a buger to carry very far...i can handle my 9 + lb no 3 frame parker a good ways but that old 15 lb fa loomis of destereys will wear you out...but it willkill a turkey better and farther than anything ive got...but the ten is the better all around gun...ive got a 2 frame d grade parker but some body cut the barrels to 26 inches so no ckoke...not to good of a turkey gun... i would buy calvins gun but its just not in the book rite now....would love to have a 2 frame with some really tite chokes... hope you get to get a turkey with the gun... charlie

An 8 gauge is on my wish list. I also recently bought a DH 10, with cut barrels, but it is at the shop getting fixed. The EH has cut barrels too, I suspect, but this NH appears original.
