Pheasant breasts in Arrowpoint Blackberry Sauce
Decide to try something a little different for me atleast . Braised several pheasant breasts then let them simmer awhile in “Arrowpoint Blackberry Sauce” . A few of you may know Bill Sanford that lives on Arrowpoint Farm in Madison VA not to far from me , anyway his wife makes things like that he gives out each year in December . And I decided to try it ! Believe it or not it was rather tastey and quite tinder .
