Default LC Smith shoot 11/07

Anyone planning on attending the LC shoot at Warrington tomorrow? It would be nice to put together a Parker squad but most importantly have some fun doing what we love to do; that is shoot Parkers, Foxes , Ithacas, etc. The weather is supposed to be beautiful, temps in the 70's and sunny.

Hey Daryl,

Did you post a great score with that Parker 28 this past weekend?

No I'm afraid not Stan. On the way I tangled with a Toyota and never made it. I'm fine but the Denali is not.

How was the bird hunting?

Daryl,

Bird hunting was warm, was able to take a pair of woodcock but no luck on the ruffed grouse,

I'm sorry to hear about your bad fortune on the Denali, will you be able to fix it up?

Nope, she's toast. Need to go vehicle shopping.

Why doesn't anything like that ever happen to me?

Sorry to hear about your vehicle, she was certainly a workhorse, and a great hunting vehicle. Glad you, Parker, and Fox are ok. That said, I love the new full size 4 door trucks with a cap for hunting and trips. My F150 has a 6 1/2 ft bed and is great to hunt out of. If you put a cap on a truck, make sure you get the side windows on hinges that swing up--love them--first saw them on Eric's truck. ARE calls them their Outdoorsman windows. Been thinking about a new vehicle myself, mines a 2015, but only has 100,000 on it so might give it another year
