Chris here. 4th generation gunsmith. Just trying to get some more info on my Parker. Lifter 10 gauge. Serial # puts it at 1881, can't find a grade anywhere. Stock has been repaired missing left hammer and buttplate

Your Parker appears to be a Grade-0 or Grade-1 judging by the Twist barrels and the roll stamped engraving on the lock plates.

Looks like the barrels have been bobbed quite a bit?

Sorry it took me a while to get back to you thank you. Looking in the blue book I'm not seeing the grades you listed. I'm only seeing Trojan, ph, gh, dh, ch, bh, ah, aah, and ah1. I'm trying to determine the correct buttplate for it. As far as the hammer goes I'm keeping a look out but will make one if I have to.

Chris, refer to the Parker Grades section on the left margin on the PGCA home page for description and pictures of your grade. Appears yours is Grade 0 as Grade 1 were made starting 1882.
