Default shotshells for the parker..

I've used the RST shells in my 12 gauge Damascus, dating about 1900.
Does anyone use standard remington/federal loads in their Parkers?
I was wondering if shooting 2 boxes of 8 shot would be playing with fire.

It's not that I want to be careless, but when traveling, it's nice not to have to take my own ammo.

What are the chamber pressures and the oz. of shot used?
