Default "Blue" Quail Hunting

I had recommended to several of the Patagonia Group to Hunt Scaled (Blues) Quail in the southeast corner of New Mexico. Got call last night they found lots of big coveys. They are staying couple of extra days because of the number of birds. Hobbs area of New Mexico if anyone wants to make a end of the dash.

Sounds interesting! I'm in West Texas now and all quail are at very very low point. How hard is it to get land access in the Hobbs area??
Thank you!

Default Hunting Blues in New Mexico

The vast majority of southeast New Mexico is public land.
