I have a decent powder inventory and don't use Universal, and a friend recently offered me (two) 4-pounders unopened and dated 2022. How do you propose a private person can legally ship in compliance with Hazmat regs?

I would contact my local UPS Store. NOT the USPS. I'll take both of the 4 LBS if you figure it out? I'll be heading to the UPS store today so I'll ask my folks too.

Yes Matt, friend and I both know powder can’t be shipped by USPS. By coincidence UPS delivered E3 powder to me just now and I asked the driver if a private person can ship with Hazmat paperwork. He was emphatic in saying NO and that the shipper must be a business and Certified by UPS to ship anything that requires Hazmat.

I called this info to my friend afterwards and he said, if he still has the Universal he’ll bring to the Northern SxS later this month. FTF cash sale. Matt, maybe you know someone from WI who will be there and will act as a proxy?

He is correct, you personally cannot ship it, but you can take it to the UPS store and they will ship it for you. They fill out all the paperwork with you.
