Jack, it appears that you have something akin to a "matched pair". Tell us about the configuration of those guns - pistol grip or English; single or double trigger; stock dimensions; splinter or beavertail forends, etc.
Oh, and of course, condition. |

ENGLISH STOCKS, SPLINTER FOREENDS, SINGLE TRIGGER....I DON'T HAVE THE STOCK DIMENSIONS......I WAS TOLD THAT THE REASON FOR THE SKIP IN THE SERIAL NUMBERS WAS THAT 652 WAS A 20...DON'T KNOW IF THAT IS TRUE...I BOUGHT THE GUNS FROM A MAN THAT ORDERED THEM FOR DRIVEN BIRDS...THE CONDITION IS VERY GOOD, BUT THESE GUNS HAVE HAD MANY THOUSANDS OF ROUNDS TRU THEM. I HAVE BOTH CASES WITH THE TRAVEL COVER... THANKS FOR ANY HELP

Jack
I am sure we would like to set pictures of your set. The serial number story is certainly possible, even with London bests, matched pairs are not necessarily consecutively numbered. where do you shoot in Scotland?

Welcome to the forum Jack!
Your Driven Pair of Repros are certainly scarce. I would have to believe that the recoil pads on them were installed aftermarket. You might find this previous thread interesting: http://parkerguns.org/forums/showthr...ven+bird+repro

MOST OF THE TIME WE SHOOT THE BORDERS OF SCOTLAND AND ENGLAND. IF WE ARE DOING PARTRIDGE WE GO NORTH TO THE MOORS AND IF WE DO EARLY PHEASANT THEN SOUTH AROUND THE BORDER. I DON;T KNOW HOW TO POST PICTURES BUT WILL TRY TO LEARN. THANKS JTB

Wouldn't a 20ga gun have a 20 prefix? i.e.: 20-xxxx s/n

Jack, the serial numbers you posted indicate that your pair of Parker Reproductions are both 12 gauge, is that what they are?
