The extractor Lewis guns had four screws on each side and the ejector Lewis guns had five screws.
Ed, is that the same No. 4E pictured on page 295 of the Second Edition of Walter Snyder's book? The book attributes the engraving to Ed Latham. |

Probably the nicest I've ever seen! I had a grade 3 Lewis with chain link damascus that I wish I had never sold.
