To George:
Actually, sentiment aside, that would be a good deal for me, as the very few Henry Richards I found online were not expensive at all. I hear some of the lesser known British makers are good deals and this would be a case in point. I need to get one of those leather sleeves to extend the length to pull a little, but it was fun to shoot. Julia just joined a clay shooting forum and posted "what kind of skeet gun should I buy?" They all told her an SKB which is what she already has. I told her the guns she has work just fine for her. 3 20's out of 25 don't lie. She shoots better than I do! Of course, most of the Parkers have full chokes. |

Mills thats a very nice gun and a great family history. I have found that many of the lesser known British gunmakers produced a very high quality gun and are great buys. I recently came across a J. Venables & Son 16ga hammer gun with a Jones underlever for a very good price. Theres not much info on them but its a quality gun.
Once the wife gets a certain Beretta with subguage tubes she will be running 25 straight and on her way to 100 straights. |

Thanks Charlie. I too like how the boxes of shells look in it. She is retired to RST shells now though.
