12ga nice shot loads

I know this is of limited use due to the availability of the shot , but I had listed Nice Shot for sale on here a while ago and some folks asked about loads -

I was cleaning out some reloading stuff today and found this data sheet under box of hulls (hence the smudges )- I do not remember the source of the page, and as with any reloading you must make your own choices

It shows 40 to 60 pounds of wad pressure. I know there is a wad pressure scale on my MEC single stage however I have never used it or at least been aware of any pressure used on Hodgdon powders or Alliant powder formulas.

I am hoping someone can explain.
