Default Gunsmith to put a gun back on face

Who could do this kind of work now? Last time I had it done Buck Hamlin did it when he restored a LC smith for me.

Asking for a friend , he bought a beater crescent arms that he’s like put back on face, mainly for nostalgia reasons understanding it will probably cost more than the gun is worth since it was made in Norwich where he grew up. Ideally someone local to CT , but I don’t know anyone, my understanding is Abe Chaber is not doing gunsmith work any more.

Lou Rotelli has an excellent article in the new Nov/Dec Lefever Collectors newsletter, detailing how he fitted mismatched 20-gauge barrels to a 16-gauge DM Lefever Crossbolt gun. Way more complicated than putting originally matched Crescent or whatever barrels back on the face!
