Default Book about shotshell boxes?

Can anyone recommend a book on shotshell box collecting? I'm thinking of something with lots of pictures that gives some dating and maybe some pricing information. Maybe too much to hope for, but I'm thinking along the lines of those paper bound collector's guides. Google searching has produced a website/on line-type resource, but that's really not my cup of tea. Suggestions appreciated; thanks...

www.soldusa.com used to sell something like that if memory serves, don't know if they still do but it's worth a shot.

I thought we talked a lot about this subject just recently and got some great references. I hope someone knows where the thread is. I can't find it.

Thanks. I can't access the thread; is it a members only section?

The "Soldusa" reference book is nice too, but doesn't address pricing.
