The one factory load that I've found, that is better for me, is the WW 3/4 oz. load. Several of my .410s are regulated with it, when they aren't with any other loading that I ever tried. That was eye opening to me. They are slow also, at about 1145 as I recall.

i have developed a "super" .410 hunting load, using no. 8 1/2 nickel plated shot. It contains .73 oz. (can we call that a 3/4 oz. load?) of shot, and has to be roll crimped. But, it is the hammer of Thor on small gamebirds.
