Harold, I was at Ohio State at the same time. Ohio State even cancelled classes for a couple days, which resulted in a world class two day party on my dorm floor on South Campus!
Then we were able to make our way to the South Campus party store to restock! Who'da thought a college area party store would be open during such a period....
I just threw the "I survived the Blizzard of '78 at Ohio State" t-shirt out a few years ago!
