I checked the "Parker Story" and there is no indication of when the "OO" frame started to be used but I think Dean is pretty close because there is a graph with frame size dimensions and it is thought to date to around 1920.

This could be a great topic for the "Parkers Found" in the PP. What is the lowest number 28 gauge with a "OO" frame?Or on the other hand...What is the highest "O" frame gun?

Russ,Is the stock serial numbered to a 28 gauge gun?
