I believe if low pressure is a primary goal you shoud stick with Bismuth. The Nice Shot people advise Nice Shot can be substituted for lead in any lead shot recipe, HOWEVER when you use Nice Shot you have to had 1500 psi to the published pressure for the lead recipe you selected. So if the lead recipe is 7500 psi using Nice Shot pushes the pressure up to 9000 psi as example.
