Nice honest gun if the barrels are original. The reason for questions on cut barrels is the picture showing the matting (wavy lines) on the rib going all the way to the end of the muzzle, on most guns there is about an 1/8 inch space between the matting and the muzzles. This however is not a 100% guide.

When Bill says measure the chokes carefully I believe he means their length of taper rather than the amount of constriction. Parker chokes should have around 4" of taper, less than that suggests cut barrels.

If the barrels are original the gun is a bargain at $1000. Depending on the day and the potential buyer it might sell for between $1400 - $1800 in my opinion.
