but it's Grouse season and you can shoot clay birds much longer than you can hunt Grouse. A day lost from the coverts can't be reclaimed
I will extend to you an open invitation to experience the Grouse woods of the Upper Pennisula anytime during the season. I have accomadations (running water, flush toilet and shower) some people use all of these during a whole week of bird hunting
I think that 16ga hammer gun of yours would make for a great Grouse gun but we may never know, perhaps it can only break the occasional clay bird
