I am going out on a limb here and say that I am sorry about your Father. For whatever reasn he is no longer the care taker of this Parker.
Yor Parker is indeed a 1923 12 gauge PHE with 34" Parker Steel barrels and capped pistol grip. This would be a very desirable Parker depending on condition. Please email the pictures to me and I will be able to post them here this afternoon.
