Larry I had a set of Full Length Briley Tubes in a Parker 28 Ga. to resize the gun to shoot 410 ,they were also ejector tubes ,they slid full length into the gun and all you had to do is line the Tube slots up with the guns ejectors and they would even eject the spent 410 Hull ,they weren't fastened in ,they ride on the lip of the original larger gauge of the gun where the Brass sets when the gun is loaded ! As you had said ,they could also be used if the original Barrels weren't in shooting condition ! Russ
