My deepest sympathies go out to you and your family. I lost my great pointing Lab Parker last Jan. very suddenly to cancer. That's him in my avatar. It never gets easier to let them go but you know you must. So what did I do? I went out and rescued 2 labs and got them through their first season, I think, with flying colors. Life just ain't the same without a cold nose. (or two).
