Nick,

The gun should be a grade 0, underlever, 12ga with 30" barrels, and the type of stock is not listed. The stock may or may not have been checkered. What does the rib inscription read?

If the gold tone shield behind the top tang looks like a badge, that's standard with the gun. I doubt that the gold crescent moon on the side of the stock would have been done by Parker Bros.
