OK, the show is over, we had a good time. Many PGCA and Vintager types were in attendance. The CHE 28 gauge is still unsold as is the very minty 0 Grade hammer gun in probably non original wood case with tools and brass. I realize that most CHE 28 gauge buyers are interested in minty examples, but do they really expect that those minty examples haven't had some help? I know that increases in the value of Parker shotguns in multiples of original purchase price are more common in mint high grade guns, but buying neat graded guns in field used condition is still very satisfying for many collectors, regardless of slower appreciation. I have not experienced thousand percent appreciation in my Parker purchases, but I have been very happy with my days afield with them. Sorry for preaching.
