I too thought it sure enough in the money and bought it. I have never had a 12ga. on a #1 frame, have a 16 on a 1 frame, shells aren't always available in loads I will shoot, old gun looks clean enough. Mabee it will make a shooter, I have 3 guns 12ga on #2 frames and thought it might be half a pound lighter than the ones I have.
