Nobody's Parker. Interesting how every so often a metal gun part slips through the ebay detectives. Kevin McCormack is casing the Model 21 I bought on ebay last year. $500 for the Model 21 and the price of Kevin's work should make a nice package. Ebay's anti gun policy is not bulletproof.
