Midway has a #4 buck mold. I haven't seen anything smaller except what you can do with those Littleton Shot machines, which can make shot from size 5 to 9. So there's a "gap" in there.

From my experience with the 00 buck mold, it's kind of at the edge of viable hand-casting technology. The Littleton system goes to "drippers" with a ramp and a water bath. Better than a 100-foot-tall shot tower, but I've never used one.

Something to think about for the day when lead shot is no longer available due to environmental legislation.
