To load "short tens", I use an old Lee hand loading kit, a shell trimmer to cut 3 1/2" cases to 2 7/8" and an old crank roll crimper. All of these things can be bought on eBay. I hoarded enough bismuth shot for use in these and they are about the only thing I load anymore. It takes a while but the results are satisfying...I like roll crimps. Another lawyer with whom I duck hunt and who loads for a Krider 10g hammer once observed that at our respective hourly rates a box of shells cost us about $450 to load but I consider it cheaper than a therapist...
