Mary Bowes recently took over the Membership duties for the PGCA, and under her guidance - PGCA Membership has been one of the single greatest assets of this organization. On a personal level, it is a pleasure to work with her on a daily and weekly basis. Mary - THANK YOU!
As background, Mary's professional career has brought a number of her key personal assets and skill-sets to the Parker Gun Collectors Association, notably her professional attitude towards customer service (In Mary's view - we are her "customers", and it shows). Perhaps, as well, it was her years with IBM and other large and small organizations in Upper and Senior management positions, but whatever the reason, we are collectively thankful to her for her unbridled enthusiasm and work ethic.
While we don't allow her to have much spare time(
), Mary also enjoys genealogy, gardening (her gardens are spectacular!!), walking the beach at "o-dark-thirty" in the AM, her family - and she has an immense love of all children.
Mary - thank you for all you have done for the PGCA over the past months. You certainly are a "PGCA Notable Person" - more to your credit then to ours..
