Kenny, we have discussed this gun before. The seller doesn't seem to be interested in ordering a letter. A smart buyer could bite that bullet and send for a letter. Chances are there would be information on the new barrels if they were installed before 1920. I believe this gun came out of the DC area about twenty years ago after being shopped around in pre 1998 times before the opening of the Parker records. As I recall, it is a heavy gun and is on a #2 frame. Letter or no letter, it is probably worth the asking price.
