19.2 grains of Red Dot is a 32 bushing.
21.7 grains of WSH is a 22 bushing.
That seems like a significant difference in volume.
Also, that BP-1044 fits more loosely in a Cheddite hull than any other hull/wad combination I have ever loaded.
