You'll want to download your photos in a different file format. The site does not accept HEIC and MOV files. If I'm not mistaken, MOV are video files. The site can only accept a video if it's a link to a video source such as YouTube.
When you want to post photos go below the text box and click on "Manage Attachments", then choose the photos from your computer or phone and attach/upload them. If the photos are from your phone, before you attach them, do a minor crop to the photo and that will keep it from appearing sideways on the site.
