It appears to be a nice condition early dollar grade lifter. The fact that it appears to have damascus barrels rather than Twist Steel indicates it's likely not the lowest grade.
More pictures of the markings on the receiver water table and barrel flats and rib markings would be helpful. From what you show of the stock and forend, the wood looks very good. It was not uncommon for the stock to be uncheckered on these early dollar grades. What length are the barrels and do they have any pitting internally? Looks like a nice gun to me.
