Someone sent me a second day air usps envelope Monday of last week from northern Cali . Supposed to be in my hands Wednesday of last week . It made it to Richmond VA on Wednesday but stayed in limbo the seventy miles between Richmond and Orange until this past Saturday . They can use all the excuses they want , bottom line is the USPS just plain sucks
