V grades or Trojan doesn't matter. With the kind of money you pay these days for a restocking, you might as well put a decent piece of quality wood on it. Do what you can afford and what will please you the most. It's your gun and who gives a crap what anyone else thinks or says. Enjoy it, it's yours.
