So far we have smoked venison backstraps, Cajun grilled pheasant breasts, fresh fried perch fillets, pulled pork, bbq chicken thighs, jalapeņo poppers, clams, smoked duck breast, deviled eggs, grilled cob on the corn, dessert, water and soft drinks. I might have missed something, but that’s close.
