The "work order card" has nothing to do with work done later than the building of the gun. The "work order card" refers to the building of the gun. The PGCA letter may, yes may, give you information about the original configuration of the gun as ordered and the name of the person or firm that ordered the gun. The stock book entry for your gun apparently is available but the order book information will probably be more interesting, and may also be available. Forty bucks well spent.
