I've used table, chop, and band saws to cut shells. In the winter I'm to lazy to go out in my unheated shop so I use a single edge razor blade in a dowel in my basement reloading room. My roll crimps always look better useing the drill press than a hand tool. Yes they can be reloaded. I had a buddy with a lathe make up a tappered tool to open up the shell after being shot. He made it to go in a drill, but I just turn it by hand.
