To clarify my original post...

There are a couple of gun shops I have used in the past that insist on putting the gun together when they unpack it even after me asking them not to and they handed me the gun without the forend on because they tried but couldn't get it on but luckily they didn't break it.

My 3 day inspection period nearly ran out last time before they would let me pick up the gun.

I'm just hoping to find someone that has knowledge of vintage guns and can handle the transfer for me without all the stress.
