How many rounds a year do you shoot?
The thread on the EPA ban of lead shot on depredation permits has me wondering what will the effect be on us as shooters and collectors of old double guns. Some folks who don't shoot much obviously will not be affected as much, others who shoot a lot will be. My sense is most people who have some classic doubles whether it is a Parker or Fox, Elsie etc will not be affected that much and will pursue their quarry with bismuth, nice shot etc. Thus prices of classic doubles may not be all that affected.
Me - 3000 - 4000 rounds of lead annually on clay pigeons. Another 1000 rounds of lead for hunting, mostly crows and a few on pheasant. About 150 non-tox rounds on waterfowl.
So how much shooting do you do with lead shot?
