I’m really pleased with how Ollie points. Upon the flush she holds until I send her for the retrieve, making long retrieves to hand.
Also just as important she stops when I holler wow. I found out this week on a hunt just how important the wow training was from a safety perspective.

Phil, that first photo says it all about hunting over a fine Pointer. Back when I ran some field trials here in Missouri, Pointers (read, English Pointers) ruled the roost. As you know I hunt with Gordon Setters, but I must say, there may not be a better looking point than what a beautiful English Pointer gives us. Congratulations on having the next few years to follow that pup.
