We have actually talked about it. It's a wonderful mix of good quail habitat, although sericea lespedeza has invaded. The real drawback is that it is 2 hours away from us.
And then, there's Thoreau's words that I keep hearing: It's not the farmer that owns the land, but the land that owns the farmer.
