Default 1st parker, looking for some advice

I picked up a VH 12ga built on a 1 1/2 frame. Made in 1928 according the the serial number search (225374).

Im not quite sure as to how to grade the condition on an 81 year old shotgun.

There is some case coloring left on the outside but severely faded, the watertable still has its coloring as does the metal on the underside of the fore grip.

The bluing of is still on the barrels but there are some rust spots.

Also a crack has developed along the wrist of the stock starting at where the trigger guard meets.

Can someone recommend a smith in southern california to repair the stock, remove the rust and reblue the barrels.

Thanks for any help, here are some pictures.
