Yeah those are pretty readily available online , the hulls can be used after some resizing . They have been using 8 gauge industrial guns in kilns for decades . I have seen Winchester paper rolled crimp 8 gauge industrial shells .

I wonder if any of the 8 gauge guys thought of trying to do a group buy from one of makers of the industrial hulls for some standard hulls . A group of us done that for custom rifle brass a few years back we had to place a order of 10,000 cases @ $3 per case .
