Cock the left hammer on the mount, and you will have the leverage to cock the right hammer as you move to front trigger. Practice it 100 times dry fire and try it the first time when you have the field to yourself. I could shoot skeet doubles that way, but quit it when I tore up some grass.
Cocking one hammer on the mount is a natural motion, probably better coordinated than releasing the safety.
