Hello everyone. Over the holidays I received from my grandfather a Parker Trojan in 20 GA that my great-grandfather had purchased in 1924. It's got the usual wear from decades of use as a quail gun. Additionally it does not have its original stock, which cracked and was replaced about 30 years ago. My grandfather ruefully regrets not hanging on to the original stock. I just love having this piece of family history.

A question I do have: does anyone here know of a gunsmith in the Austin, TX area that they would recommend to have take a look at it? I was talking about it with a guy at the range/shop I go to and he seemed to have never heard of Parker Brothers as a firearm manufacturer. Didn't really reassure me when he said, "Sure, bring it in, we'll take a look at it." Thanks for any help.
