I have a 20 gauge with the Overload stamp and serial number 233073. I only mention because you said the earliest you had was the 236xxx range with the overload stamp. I don't know if this is helpful.
But is it PARKER BROS. or PARKER GUN WORKS (the Remington era stamp) between the OVERLOAD and the PROVED?

The earliest gun I've recoded that has the PARKER BROS. OVERLOAD PROVED stamp is in the 1983xx range.

We do find guns with even lower serial numbers that have either of the OVERLOAD PROVED stamps, but that would tend to indicate the gun was rebarreled.
